1. About the receipt signature

      Before signing for someone (representative signing), please remind the party concerned to inspect the goods, and make sure to open the box in the presence of the courier company personnel to check the integrity of the goods. Check the quantity of goods is correct, if not signed and inspected on the spot, if found damaged or short, need to compensate, please refuse to accept and immediately contact us by phone to inform the situation, we will give you a satisfactory answer. If the next day after signing or after receiving (not in the first time to contact the seller) appears to be insufficient or missing, lost, damaged, and other issues, we are not responsible for returns and compensation. Signing means that the baby is intact and complete, the store is not responsible.

2. About Returns and Exchanges

     Non-quality issues (e.g., size not suitable, personal dislike, quality dissatisfaction, subtle color differences, etc.) return and exchange fees are borne by the buyer -- for exchange, the buyer needs to pay the postage, and the return refund does not include the return shipping fee. If the return is due to reasons other than personal, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. (Please pack the returned goods well to avoid damage). The seller refuses to receive items with payment on delivery, thank you for your cooperation!
