About the picture

The product images are taken from actual products, and the colors have been professionally checked to be as close as possible to the actual products. About size and weight

1. Size: The product size is measured manually. Due to differences in measuring tools and methods, there may be some differences in size: please measure yourself as the actual standard.

2. Weight: The weight of the product may vary due to different products, packaging, and measurement tools. Please refer to your actual weighing for accuracy.

About Custom Logo Products

Before customizing the logo, we will provide a rendering effect for confirmation or take a photo of the logo for confirmation, or send a sample for confirmation. Since the customized logo product is a specialized product that cannot be resold, once it is ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

About shipping, for stock products:

Orders will be shipped in the order they are placed, and the shipping time will be based on the warehouse's shipping schedule. If there is a delay, please understand, as it may be due to high shipping volumes or other special circumstances.

Customized products:

After the customer confirms the order and makes the payment, it takes time to arrange the materials and printing for the custom products. We will deliver the goods as soon as possible, and if there are any special circumstances, we will notify you in time.

Out of Stock Products:

Due to different customer order quantities and required quantities, there may be stockouts. Because of some stockout reasons, we were unable to deliver your goods in time, causing inconvenience to you. We sincerely apologize and hope you will understand. After the warehouse provides feedback, the sales representative will contact you in time to confirm the order status and arrange a new shipping date. As soon as the products are produced, we will arrange your order as our top priority.

About Receiving Goods

When you receive the goods, please inspect the product packaging for any damage and verify the quantity. If there are any damages or shortages, please contact us immediately. Please be aware: 1. Provide the image of the order's parcel face sheet 2. For products that are out of stock, please provide the weight of the parcel 3. If the parcel is damaged, please check the quantity in time, and if there are any missing items, please provide the image of the parcel in time 4. For products that are sent incorrectly, please provide the image of the parcel face sheet and the product image in time. We will solve the problem immediately. 5. After 24 hours of signing, the buyer is responsible for any damage to the products and the shortage of quantity.

About Quality

During the production process, each product is accompanied by a dedicated quality inspector for quality control to ensure that the quality of each product is intact. Subjective issues such as color not being bright enough, a significant difference from expectations, or feeling that the value is not worth the cost, are not considered quality issues.

About after-sales service

After the customer receives the goods, if they discover any quality issues, please communicate with the sales representative in a timely manner to discuss returns and exchanges, as well as any other related matters. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for non-quality issues.

About the transportation method of express logistics

1. Express delivery: Default to using ZTO Express, and currently no other express delivery is specified. If you need to use SF Express, the payment will be on delivery.

2. Logistics: Yimidida, Annong, Best, etc. If the quantity is large, choose logistics based on the situation.

3. Timing: Express delivery and logistics are third-party actions, and we have no control over the timing. If the product is not delivered in time, it may cause inconvenience to you. We apologize and ask for your understanding. We will urge the express delivery and logistics to deliver as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
