1. About the size being too large/shrunken

The hotel often sends the laundry for washing at a higher temperature, so we reserve a shrinkage amount for our cotton fabric. We reserve 5%-6% for different fabrics. Since new linen has not been washed, the inner diameter length and width are larger by 10~15CM, which is normal and can be used with confidence; the size will stabilize after washing a few times.

2. About texture

The higher the count, the smoother the feel, the finer the yarn, and the better the corresponding toughness. However, it does not necessarily mean that the higher the count, the thicker it is. High-count fabrics are generally smooth and glossy.

3. About the fabric's silky feel unlike pure cotton

The fabric has undergone pre-treatment processes such as scouring and mercerizing, resulting in less surface looseness and a smooth hand feel.

4. About Wrinkles

As long as the product is made of pure cotton, it will usually have some wrinkles. You can hang the set naturally after drying, pull apart the wrinkles, or iron it to make the fabric smooth again.

5. About the unique fluff of hotel towels - not shedding

Due to the focus on comfort in hotel room linens, hotel towels tend to have a higher weight per square meter than home textiles, often more than one and a half times. The weaving process is more complex with unique spiral techniques, resulting in high and soft loops. After being de-stuffed, the surface of the towels may contain loose fibers from the starch. To remove these, please wash the towels with high-level water for 2-3 times upon first use.

6. About Custom Wholesale

Embroidery, printing, and adding a fabric strip are available at additional cost; wholesale customers with large quantities will receive a free water-resistant label; embroidery of a logo on a towel usually starts with a minimum order of 25 pieces, and for a four-piece set, it's usually a minimum of 10 sets; for custom logos, sizes, weight, colors, packaging, and processes, please contact customer service for more information!

7. About the shipping/production time

Stock products are generally shipped within 48 hours, while custom products take about 7-10 days to produce, and for larger quantities, it takes about 15-20 days. The specific shipping time should be communicated with the customer service.

8. About Returns and Exchanges

All goods can enjoy a 7-day return policy without any reason before being used in water, provided that they do not affect resale. The shipping cost is at your own expense. However, for goods with special requirements such as custom sizes, zipper openings, printing, embroidery, and custom water labels, there will be no returns or exchanges. All products are hand-cut, and there is a normal 3-5CM error range, which is considered normal and not a quality issue.
