Purchasing Terms
If the product received is unsatisfactory due to non-quality issues or personal reasons (such as improper use causing allergies or discoloration), a return or exchange can be made provided the item is in an unaffected condition for resale. However, the return shipping and shipping costs to send the item back to the seller are the buyer's responsibility (the actual shipping costs will be based on the marketplace's actual shipping fees). If you find any quality issues with the order after receiving it, please contact our after-sales staff within three days of receiving the goods. Also, take photos of the defective goods with a digital camera, name the photos with the product code, and send them to our after-sales staff for verification. (Note: sending photos must also be within three days of receiving the goods. Any requests after this time will not be accepted. If you do not provide photos, we will not process any return requests.) We will give you a response to your after-sales request within 24 hours after receiving it. The response will be either a return or exchange or a direct refund.
The definition of a quality issue is a problem caused by mistakes in the production or assembly process of a jewelry item that renders it completely unwearable.
