1. The final color and size of the goods shall be subject to the actual product.

 All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items, and we strive to maintain the authenticity of the images. However, color differences may occur due to factors such as monitor resolution and lighting. These differences are generally not too significant.

II. Since all the jewelry is handmade, there may be some minor imperfections in the products. Patterns or sizes of the same variety may exhibit some slight variations, which are all normal occurrences. It is precisely because of these imperfections and variations that they possess a unique charm.

III. About Unreasonable Return

1. If you are not satisfied with the goods after receipt, you can return them without reason. However, I hope you will communicate with me before making the decision to return, to see if there is any way to make up for it. If you still decide to return the goods, please send them within three days of receipt. During this period, please do not wear them, and strictly prohibit washing.

2. Please inspect the parcel in person when signing for it to ensure that the goods have not been stolen during transportation. If you find any missing or damaged goods, please do not sign for it. Contact me immediately, so that I can discuss with the courier company or post office about compensation. Please do not tell me after signing that something is missing or the goods are damaged, as I will not assume any responsibility for this (following the rules for handling transactions disputes on Alipay).

Fourthly, after-sales service

1. If you find any quality issues with the products after receipt, please contact us immediately. Products with quality issues can be returned or exchanged, and we will bear the corresponding costs.

 2. The following conditions do not accept returns: the product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related materials are incomplete; unauthorized repair or modification; maintenance, use, and storage are not carried out in the correct manner.
