This is one of the important differences between handcrafted and mechanically produced ceramic art pieces, and we would like to make this clear. The transportation difficulty and packaging costs of ceramics are both higher than those of clothing and other commodities, so the freight costs of ceramics are not comparable to those of clothing and other commodities. The freight costs are charged based on the actual expenses incurred by the courier company, and sending multiple items together can save freight costs.

2. Fragile items take more time to pack, and to ensure the safety of your product's transportation, we do not commit to shipping on the same day of payment. Generally, we will ship within 24-72 hours after payment. In case of any special circumstances leading to a delay, we will contact you in time. We do not accept any form of express delivery at the moment.

3. The courier company is an independent third party that is not controlled by either the seller or the buyer. We do our best to ensure on-time shipping, prompt follow-ups, and adjust our processes based on customer feedback, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date or the quality of individual courier services.
