1. About color difference:

All the product photos in our store are taken by ourselves, and we try to keep them consistent with the actual items. However, due to factors such as photography techniques, environmental lighting, and color differences between monitors, there may be slight color differences between the photos and the actual items. Please refer to the actual color of the items for the final decision.

Size is measured manually, and due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, there may be minor errors, which is normal.

3、关于发货：
After the buyer places an order and makes the payment, we will ship the goods within 72 hours. If you place an order with payment before 4 PM and we have the stock, the goods will be sent out the same day. (Excluding weekends.) If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or Alipay Messenger.

4、关于签收：

Please ensure that the person receives the goods personally upon delivery. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing for them. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.

5、关于售后：

Please contact us within three days from the date of receipt if there are any quality issues. We will respond to your return or exchange request. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the product is not as expected due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, or not being as good as imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product.
