1. About color difference:

All the product photos in our store are taken by ourselves, and we try our best to keep them consistent with the actual items. However, due to technical issues with photography, differences in lighting, and color differences on different displays, there may be slight color differences between the photos and the actual items. Please refer to the actual color of the items for the final decision.

2. About the size:

The size is measured by hand, and due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, there may be minor errors, which is normal.

3、关于发货：
As long as you make a payment before 16:00 on an illegal holiday afternoon, the goods will be shipped that day. Orders after 16:00 will be shipped the next day (except for custom products and special circumstances. Please consult the customer service for the specific shipping time).

4、关于签收：

Please ensure that the person receives the goods personally upon delivery. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.

5、关于售后：

Please contact us within three days from the date of receipt if there are any quality issues. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. After this period, we will no longer accept any requests. If there are no quality problems, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, or not being as good as they imagined, etc., the product purchased by the buyer is not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
