After the product is purchased, please contact the shopkeeper in time. The goods will be shipped within 24 hours after payment! For large-scale order customers, the goods will be shipped according to the agreed time after payment. Default delivery: YTO Express, Best Express.

Customers can consult the customer service for custom goods. We will charge a certain sample fee, ranging from 200 to 500 yuan per item. The sample fee will be refunded once the bulk order is placed.

When signing for a courier receipt, always inspect the goods first, ensuring that the outer packaging is undamaged. If there are any damages, you must open the package in the presence of the delivery person. If there are any damages or wear and tear, please refuse to sign for the delivery on the spot and contact us (otherwise, the courier company will not be responsible for compensation!)

4. Remember to keep plush toys away from damp places and store them in a dry and well-ventilated area. Do not place them in wet areas, as this can lead to mold growth. Once molded, it is difficult to clean plush toys effectively, and the clothing on the plush toys may also turn color.
