1. Company Commitment
Responsible for the information directly released by our company, if there is inconsistency in words and deeds, causing direct losses to merchants, the responsibility will be borne by this website.
All product images are taken from actual products, and we strive to ensure that each product description is accurate. Merchants can rest assured to make their selections. If there are serious errors due to our negligence, we will promptly correct them. If any losses are caused to members, we will make reasonable compensation.
Strictly supervise the quality of the products. If there are any quality issues, the company will implement unconditional return and repair services.
Note: The company is only responsible for the current confirmed immediate orders. Due to the need for frequent updates, if there are any changes after the member places an order, we will notify them in time, and it is up to the member to decide whether to cancel the order.

Article 2: Additional Agreements
  If both parties reach an agreement through other means that conflicts with this clause, they shall execute the agreement as agreed by both parties.
Defective Exchange: If a member finds a product with quality issues within 3-7 days of receiving the goods, please contact our company first for an exchange. We will bear the return shipping costs.
Company maintenance or maintenance: The company will charge relevant fees according to actual circumstances. If the product quality problem is caused by the company, the company will take full responsibility unconditionally.

For large custom orders, before production begins, merchants must pre-pay a 20-50% down payment based on the quantity of the custom order.
