2. The product is a custom-made material accessory kit that requires self-inflation and assembly. Occasionally, there may be damage to the accessories during transportation. Please contact customer service in time after the sale to have them send a replacement. We do not support the return of this issue.

3. After receiving the goods, please contact customer service to ask for the operation steps and installation video. Please do not install based on your intuition. If you have any questions about the operation, contact customer service for guidance.

4. New buyers are advised to purchase in small quantities at first to assess the quality. After receiving the goods, please contact customer service for guidance on operation. After assembling one or two balloons, observe them the next day to ensure there are no problems. Only after confirming the quality should you proceed with the assembly. New users should not assemble all the balloons at once, as it is easy to destroy them all if you do not operate them properly, which would be inconvenient for after-sales service.

5. Regarding the size and dimensions of the ball skin: 20-inch ball skin: The diameter is approximately 20 centimeters before inflation, and it is recommended to inflate to approximately 35 centimeters in diameter.

Other inflatable balls with shapes should be inflated to the size they are meant to be, just inflate the shape to its full size, overinflating can cause deformation.

Bubble balls are made of expanding materials and may not always be perfectly round. If you are looking for a perfectly round bubble ball and are very particular about quality, please consider this carefully before purchasing.
