After placing an order and making payment, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours (the time from payment to fashion will be calculated for those who need to make up the shot). Because there are many orders to be arranged and many customers need to make up the shot and change the address, we will send them after we have sorted them. We will send them as soon as possible. We hope everyone can understand. The warehouse is closed on Sundays and does not ship. If there is a temporary holiday, we will announce the notice on the home page of the store.

Please ensure that you check the quantity of goods in person, and the packaging is intact. If there are any missing or damage, please contact our customer service personnel on the spot to confirm the receipt. If the receipt is not checked, the store will not be responsible.

If the product's quality issues cause the loss of its functions, we will process a return or exchange. Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days from the receipt (time of signature). If there are no after-sales issues reported after this period, we will not accept any complaints. For products with quality issues, please return them in bulk of at least 20 kilograms using ordinary physical means. The freight will be borne by us. If it is impossible to accumulate to a certain quantity, the customer and our company will share the freight costs for one trip. Please ensure that the product packaging is intact when returning (otherwise, the return or exchange will not be accepted).

1. Most quality issues can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wire heads. When selling toys, it's important to know how to repair them.

2. For quality issues, please contact our after-sales customer service to register and process the problem. If the product has not been registered, it will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. For other reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected, unauthorized or modified use, improper use or storage, beyond the post-sale service period of the product, and so on, which are not due to quality issues of the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

4. The majority of product images are selfies. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. Please refer to the actual product for the latest information. Additionally, some products come in multiple colors. Due to the large number of colors for some products, we have not uploaded all the colors to the product details. If you have special requirements for the product color, please inform our customer service through Alipay. Otherwise, the product will be shipped at random.
