In order to establish long-term cooperation with our business partners (buyers), please be aware of our factory's shipping (delivery) policies: For replacement or return due to misdelivery or quality issues caused by our warehouse, the face-up fee will be borne by our factory and we will send a free replacement to the customer. For orders intercepted or returned due to customer reasons, the face-up fee will be borne by the cooperating merchants. Orders shipped by the system will have the courier fees generated immediately. For orders that apply for return or interception, the amount will be automatically reduced by 2.5/3.5 face-up fees (face-up fees vary by region, please consult the customer service for details), without deducting the courier fees, the refund application will be rejected. For multiple orders and wholesale orders, please contact customer service to modify the freight. Customers who need materials should contact customer service directly.
