All BaiZhi ceramic products are handmade crafts, and may have minor imperfections, bubbles, sand eyes, and spots on the metal surface. There is no such thing as a perfect ceramic product. Perfectionists should be cautious. All BaiZhi ceramic products are photographed from the actual items, and the product images may exhibit varying degrees of color differences on different displays or mobile phones. This is a normal situation, please refer to the actual item you receive.

━━━━━━ Distribution and Shipment ━━━━━━

Our store has set a minimum order amount of 300 yuan for mixed batch products. Due to the irregular shapes of our crafts, we recommend using wooden crates for mixed batch orders (the cost of the wooden crates is not included and should be contacted with our customer service). Mixed batch orders take longer to package, and sometimes we may experience staffing shortages. Therefore, we do not guarantee that we will ship within one or two days. In normal circumstances, we will ship within 15 days. Please understand and be patient. For large orders, please contact customer service to confirm the shipping date.

All goods in our store have a freight-collect payment method. Mixed batch orders will default to our cooperating freight company. Please contact our customer service to calculate the weight and packaging weight of your order, and then we will estimate the freight cost for you. If you have a cooperating freight station, please contact customer service and leave the freight company name and phone number.

The products of Baizhi Ceramics are packaged with an inner box and an outer box, resulting in a very low rate of damage. For mixed batch orders, we offer the option of shipping with a wooden crate (the cost of which should be inquired with our customer service). In the event of damage during transportation, we will bear the responsibility and either send a replacement or offer a discount for the next order. For those who do not choose to ship with a wooden crate, both parties will share the cost of damaged goods equally. Please only place your order if you agree to this. We kindly ask our clients to open the boxes upon arrival and inspect the goods immediately. You can contact us within 24 hours of receipt to provide pictures of any damage. If no damage is reported within 24 hours after receipt, and then later claim damage, we will not be responsible for any compensation.
