In the first process step, plaster molds are created based on the drawings or samples; if the molds are not satisfactory, they can be modified.
In the second process, after confirming the gypsum mold, the aluminum mold is opened. Once the aluminum mold is opened, it cannot be changed; it must be reopened.

Step 5, Sticker Application: For complex LOGO designs, transfer stickers must be used. Since it is a manual alignment process, misalignment and other defects may occur.
3.Other notes
1. The hardness of the PU ball products can be adjusted according to requirements, and the product weight can also be adjusted within the specified range based on customer requests. The quotes provided refer only to standard hardness and weight; factors such as feel can be modified.
2. The weight of the PU ball shall follow our factory standards unless otherwise specified. (Taking a diameter of 6.3 mm as an example: 21–23 grams), but the weight can also be customized according to customer requirements. For instance, a 6.3 mm ball can have a weight of 40–50 grams.
Four: Defects in the product itself:
Due to manufacturing limitations, PU foam toys and gifts often have inherent disadvantages or defects. Please consult our company before placing an order. Some of them are listed below:
1. The thickness of the closing line cannot be perfectly uniform: PU foam products are manufactured through in-mold injection, thermal setting, and subsequent processing steps. During in-mold injection, the size of the closing line is highly dependent on the mold, and since the molds are hand-made, there are many human factors involved. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve a perfectly consistent thickness of the closing line during molding.
2. The weight may not be completely consistent: This is related to the mold mating line discussed in point one. Since the thickness of the mating line varies, the scraps produced from the mold also differ, resulting in inconsistent actual product weights. Additionally, the precision of the injection molding machine plays a significant role. Any equipment has a precision issue. Generally, taking a typical 20-gram product as an example, a deviation of plus or minus one gram is considered normal.
3. The feel is not completely consistent: As discussed in point two, the weights are uneven, and naturally, there are minor differences in the feel.
4. The overall level of water gate trimming is inconsistent: the rough edges formed during pouring are manually trimmed, and due to varying techniques among individuals, minor differences occur.
5. If it is a sticker process, the position of the LOGO cannot be exactly the same: For some complex LOGOs, the sticker process must be used. Stickers (TRANSFER STICKERS) are applied manually, so it is impossible for everyone to achieve perfect uniformity.
6. The biggest flaw is the design issue of the product: since it is molded from foam and is a single-piece blank, the sharp edges must have a certain curve. Moreover, it cannot be separated; for example, car tires and the vehicle body must remain connected.
7. Any other matters not discussed shall be discussed promptly.
