What are your delivery terms?
Our standard delivery terms are EXW Qingdao and DDP. We also support FCA, DAP, and other necessary terms. Please let us know your logistics solution, and we will customize our services accordingly.
What is your sample strategy?
Our sample plan includes providing up to 10 stock items as samples (the customer is responsible for all logistics costs). If custom samples are required, production will be carried out based on the customer’s requirements after the plan is confirmed.
What certifications do you currently have?
We have a comprehensive system for product certification, and have obtained multiple authoritative certifications including REACH, RoHS, ISO systems certification, GRS, German EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) certification, SMETA & CAPR certification, ensuring that our product quality and compliance meet international standards.
What about later? Will you provide sales services?
If any leakage or quality issues occur with the product within 6 months, we offer refunds or free replacements. Please provide detailed information such as the location of the problem and the number of affected items to facilitate our investigation and resolution.
What is your production lead time?
Samples (up to 50 pieces) or small quantities (up to 1,000 pieces): Delivery within 1–3 days.
Orders requiring packaging or customization: The delivery time will be determined based on the complexity of the order. The standard lead time is 8 to 18 working days after payment.
Urgent arrangements can be provided. The final delivery time will be determined based on the product complexity, order quantity, and customization requirements after the formal order is confirmed.
Do you conduct pre shipment inspections?
Raw materials: We select high-quality food-grade base materials to ensure safety from the very beginning.
Production testing: Leak-proof and sealing tests are conducted every hour to ensure there is no leakage.
Weight control: Each bag, each batch, and each packaging box are weighed and inspected multiple times.
Final inspection before shipment: A final verification of quantity, weight, and sealing condition is carried out to ensure accuracy.
Do you offer personalized customization? Can we add our brand logo?
We offer full category personalized customization and the ability to add brand logos. Customization options are flexible depending on order quantity and product type:
Compression bags: Silk screen printing for orders ≥10,000 pieces; sticker labels for orders <500 pieces.
Packaging boxes: Full-color printing and size-specific customization are available.
Accessories (manual pumps/electric pumps, etc.): Silk screen printing or sticker labels for logo application are provided.
