What are your terms of delivery?
Our standard delivery terms are EXW Qingdao and DDP. We also support FCA, DAP, and other necessary terms. Please inform us of your logistics solution, and we will tailor our services accordingly.
What is your sample strategy?
Our sample plan includes: We will provide up to 10 pieces of stock items as samples (customer is responsible for the logistics fees). If you need custom samples, after the confirmation of the plan, we will produce them based on your requirements.
What certifications do you currently have?
We have a complete system of product certification, including REACH, RoHS, ISO system certification, GRS, German EPR (extended producer responsibility) certification, SMETA & CAPR certification, and other authoritative certifications. If the product leaks or has quality issues within 6 months, we support refunds or free replacements. Please provide the location of the problem, the number of affected items, and other detailed information to facilitate our investigation and handling.
