What are your terms of delivery?
Our standard delivery terms are EXW Qingdao and DDP. We also support FCA, DAP, and other terms as needed. Please inform us of your logistics solution, and we will tailor our services accordingly.
What certifications do you currently have?
We have an advanced certification system and have obtained multiple authoritative certifications, including REACH, RoHS, ISO system certification, GRS, German EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) certification, SMETA & CAPR certification, etc., ensuring that our product quality and compliance meet international standards.
What is your sample strategy?
Our sample plan includes: up to 10 pieces of stock items as samples (customer is responsible for the logistics fees). If you need custom samples, after the confirmation of the plan, we will produce them based on your customer's needs.
What next? What sales services do you provide?
If the product leaks or has quality issues within 6 months, we support a refund or a free replacement. Please provide the location of the problem, the number of affected items, and other detailed information to facilitate our investigation and handling.
How long is your production cycle?
Sample (up to 50 pieces) or small batch (up to 1,000 pieces): Shipment within 1-3 days.
Orders requiring packaging or customization: Delivery time will be arranged according to the complexity. Standard delivery time is 8 to 18 working days after payment.
Emergency arrangements can be provided. The final time will be determined after the formal order is confirmed based on the product's complexity, order quantity, and custom requirements.
Do you conduct pre-shipment inspection?
Raw materials: We have always used high-quality food-grade materials from the start to ensure safety.
Production testing: Anti-leakage and sealing tests are conducted every hour to ensure no leaks.
Weight management: Each bag, batch, and packaging box undergoes multiple weighings and inspections.
Final inspection before shipment: The final verification of the quantity, weight, and sealing condition is conducted to ensure accuracy.
