The black-coated flat bar is a rectangular carbon steel sheet finished with a uniform black protective coating, made from a Q235B/A36 mild steel hot-rolled base material.
After rust removal and phosphating pretreatment, three types of black coatings are available: black powder coating, black electro-coating, and black oxide finish, offering varying levels of anti-corrosion performance for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Custom width and thickness options range from 10×2 mm to 1000×1000 mm; standard lengths include 3 m/4 m/6 m. Services include cutting to desired length and pre-drilling.
The matte black surface reduces light reflection, offers excellent weldability, as well as good bending and cutting performance. The black coating effectively isolates moisture and oxygen, preventing rust and significantly extending the service life in outdoor environments.
