1. When there is air leakage, please first check whether the inflation valve is tightly closed;

2. If there is a leak, there must be a leak point. Find it using the following method: You can spray a small amount of bottled soapy water onto the weld joint. If there is a leak, foam will form (washing powder and detergents will not work because they do not have a “bubbling” effect). After identifying the leak point, clean the area around it (use sandpaper for the flocked surface), and then repair it using the corresponding repair kit. 3. If there is a feeling of suffocation due to the inability to locate the air leak, the reasons are as follows: This product is made of PVC plastic material. A characteristic of PVC plastic is its flexibility; after being inflated for the first time, the material expands and softens, causing it to become loose (this makes the product seem incomplete, leading users to believe there is a leak). Therefore, if you notice this phenomenon, simply refilling the air will resolve it. Generally, after 3–4 refills, the flexibility of the material is fully restored, and this issue no longer occurs.

Special Note: (Very Important)

1. There is a significant temperature difference between the north and south regions in winter. Do not inflate the item immediately after receiving it. Allow it to sit at room temperature for eight hours, and wait until the material becomes slightly softer before inflating it, to prevent the material from becoming hard due to low temperatures and potentially being damaged accidentally under external force.

2. The inflatable products can be used only 8 hours after the first inflation (it is best to wait 12 hours), and there is a need for a buffering process at the straps inside the air chamber and the sewing joints.

3. When the new product is first used, there may be some looseness. This is normal, as the material of the air chamber has slight elasticity. After inflating, it will expand and soften slightly, causing a sense of looseness. All that is needed is to inflate it again to achieve the desired effect. Do not over-inflate in summer.

4. Ensure the ground is flat, without excessive friction or sharp objects

5. Plastic products may have a slight odor when first taken out. You only need to inflate them and place them in a well-ventilated area for a few hours, and the odor will disappear.
