After-sales issues:Before shipment, our QC will conduct a full inspection, and QA will perform additional random checks to prevent defective items. Please rest assured that you will receive the goods. Full inspections or random checks will be arranged within 1 to 2 days. If any issues are found, they can be reported immediately, and we will return them to the factory. We will cover the shipping costs.
After-sales services will be handled directly by your company. If issues cannot be resolved, your company may send the equipment back to the factory for repair. After a period of cooperation, if convenient, you can assign 1–2 people to come to our company to learn repair skills. Please inform us in advance so we can arrange skilled technicians. The warranty period is six months, and we will provide free repair services (no labor costs will be charged). When sending the equipment back, only the bare machine, foam, and color box are sent; no accessories should be included. After repair, the warehouse will replace the foam and color box with new ones at a cost of 2.5 yuan per set. The return shipping costs are borne by your company. It would be best if there are people on your side who understand some repair knowledge, so that any required accessories can be sent directly to you by the factory if needed. Therefore, it is advisable that the warranty period you discuss with customers also be six months.
