Instructions for Purchase

1, genuine products from the manufacturer

All products in this store are produced and shipped directly by the manufacturer, eliminating the prices of intermediate agents and providing customers with a reasonable profit margin.

2, Regarding size

All items in this store are measured manually, not using precise instruments. Any slight discrepancies should be based on the actual product.

3, Regarding colors

All products sold by this store are photographed in real life. However, there are many luminous surfaces on the ceramics, making lighting challenging. Additionally, due to individual eye sensitivity and monitor resolution, the actual product colors may differ from the images. Those who have strict color requirements should be cautious when taking photos.

4, Regarding Customer Service

Your satisfaction is our unremitting goal. If you have any questions or are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us. We attach great importance to every customer's concerns and strive to ensure your satisfaction.

5, Regarding after-sales service

Any damage during transportation is covered by our company. Therefore, please unpack and inspect the package immediately when picking it up at the logistics station. If any damage is found, please take photos and inform the customer service within 24 hours. After verification, we will compensate you via Alipay according to the value. However, if the deadline is missed, it will be considered delivered in good condition, and the customer will waive this protection.

6, Regarding shipping

Due to the complexity of the wooden frame device, small orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, while large orders should be delivered within 48 hours. Special holidays will be notified separately.
