1. 9 or 10 layers of flower petals (per set) 2. Color needs to be Pink and/or purple (either 1,000 pink or 500 pink and 500 purple) 3. Width of petal layers: Largest is 14cm, tapering down to 8cm for the smallest 4. Flower type can be Rose, Peony or Dahlia. Open to other flower types.
