From August 1^st, the import and export goods in customs will be declared in an integrated way, and the customs declaration form and the inspection form will be merged into one customs declaration form.

It is understood that the integration of the declaration project is the "first shot" of the integration of the customs inspection business, and is a landmark reform measure for the integration of the customs inspection. After combining and integrating, the original 229 declaration projects for customs declaration and inspection were merged and streamlined to 105, and the codes of 8 original customs declarations and inspection common items such as countries (regions), ports and currency systems were unified, 7 of which adopted national standards code or established the correspondent relationships with national standards. The Customs simplified and integrated the accompanying documents for import declaration, integrated 74 accompanying documents for the original customs declarations and inspections into 10 items, and merged the 102 supervision documents into 64 items.

Yiwu Customs said that because the new regulations changed the existing customs declaration process and operation mode of enterprises, relevant training and publicity had been carried out for thousands of import and export enterprises and customs declaration agency enterprises in Yiwu, and relevant information systems had also been developed, transformed and updated.
