Recently, the Yiwu Social Organization Representatives Sodality was formally established. Dong Liming, Municipal Party Committee Member and Minister of United Front, attended the first general meeting of the Social Sodality.

The newly established Social Organization Representatives Sodality is the bridge and link between the United Front Work Department of the Yiwu Municipal Committee and the Representatives of the Social Organizations. It is a united, local, social and non-profit organization composed by representatives of the social organizations in this city, and owns 78 members.

       In the sodality, the regulations of the Yiwu Social Sodality were reviewed and approved, and the first council of the Yiwu Social Sodality was elected. The President, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Yiwu Social Sodality were elected at the subsequent First Council Meeting of the Yiwu Social Sodality.
