Registration for the Yiwugo.com Yiwu International Half Marathon (hereinafter, YIMA) opened at 10 a.m. on July 3. The event has three races—half marathon, mini marathon, and parent-child marathon—which are open for 5000, 6000, and 4000 participants, respectively, to participate in the competitions.

        Guided by the Zhejiang Sports Competitions Administration Center, YIMA was sponsored by the Chinese Athletics Association; Zhejiang Sports Bureau; Yiwu Municipal People’s Government; Yiwu Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports Bureau; Yiwu Transportation Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., and Huipao Events. The contest will start from the Meihu Sports Center at 8:00 a.m. on November 17, and beautiful city scenery can be seen on the 21.0975 km route.

        Athletes can log in to the official website of the event (ywim.org) to access YIMA information. All athletes must complete registration by 5:00 p.m. on September 30. All three races are on a first-come, first-served basis, but later registrants can put their name on a waiting list in case earlier registrants drop out.
