As a part of World Style Street, European-Style Commercial Street will have multi-story buildings with three to five floors. Following Phase I in the British style and Phase II in the Mediterranean style, Phase III plans to build a French-style commercial street, providing a variety of consumer experience for the public.
Yiwu’s project of European-Style Commercial Street consists of three phases, with a total investment of 1.133 billion RMB. At present, Phase I has been completed, has passed inspection, and has begun to attract investment and sales. The main structures of Phase II have also been completed.
