On March 25, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureauissued a notice, which has pointed out that Yiwu City decided to provide 2019 Yiwu Government Subsidies of Positions in Critical (Type of Work) for those qualified high skilled talents, and to provide 2019 Yiwu Talents Cultivation Contribution Awards for those qualified training units according to relevant provisions of Yiwu City to further strengthen the construction of high skilled talents.

　　□Government Subsidies of Positions in Critical (Type of Work)

　　Applicant and issuance standard- from January 1 to December 31, 2019, those high skilled talents who work in the front-line positions in critical (type of work) and whose employers implement the skill level salary systemcan apply for 2019 Yiwu Government Subsidies of Positions in Critical (Type of Work). Standard of each person per month: 500 yuan for Senior Techniciansand 300 yuan for Technicians. Each talent shall enjoy such subsidies for no more than 5 years.

　　Meanwhile,according to the Management Measures for Personal Credit in Yiwu City (Trial), those individuals with poor credit and extremely poor credit (whose personal creditscore is less than 80 points) shall be disqualified from applying for Government Subsidies of Positions in Critical (Type of Work).

　　Application process- divided into four links of individual application, data verification, random inspection and public issuance. The applicant shall log in the talent information system of open columnfor government affairs of Yiwu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (http://122.226.66.211:8001/gwyks/index.do), and then truthfully fill in relevant information and complete the application.

　　Applicationtime - those qualified applicant shall complete the applicationaccording to the above process before May 30, and such application will not be accepted if not made in time limit.

　　 High Skilled Talents Cultivation Contribution Awards

　　Applicant and issuance standard- from January 1 to December 31, 2019, those employers who undertake high skilled talents training foremployees and social personnel in Yiwu City will be rewarded with 1000 yuan for Senior Technicians, 600 yuan for Technicians and 300 yuan for Senior Workers at the number of people who have obtained senior professional qualification certificate.Where YiwuPublic Training Base of High Skilled Talentsundertakes the university-industry cooperationtraining project or the training of high skilled talents in critical (type of work), the award in the amount of twice of the above standard will be given at the number of people who have obtained the senior professional qualification certificate.

　　Application requirements-each applicant shall fill in the Application Form forHigh Skilled Talents Cultivation Contribution Awardsand the Book of High Skilled Talents Training Personnelbased on the actual situation,and provide its electronic versiontogether with supporting materials for the identity of training personnel, while send them to the OccupationalAbility Construction Departmentof the Human Resources and Social Security Bureauprior toMay 30.
