Recently, it was learned from the Market Supervision Bureau that the number of market entities in Yiwu exceeded 600,000, with a year-on-year growth of 21.62%, more than half of that in Jinhua City, accounting for one thirteenth of Zhejiang Province, ranking first in county-level cities in China. In April alone, Yiwu's daily average new set-up was about more than 850, with a year-on-year growth of 26.4%, exceeding the peak level of after-holiday registration last year.

　　It is worth mentioning that the breakthrough of market entities in Yiwu from 500,000 to 600,000 took only 10 months. Before that, it took nearly 30 years to accumulate the first 100,000 market entities, took 6 years and 10 months to accumulate the second ones, took 2 years and 8 months to accumulate the third ones, took 1 year and 11 months to accumulate the fourth ones, and took less than 1 year to accumulate the fifth ones. In particular, in 2018 and 2019, the new set-up exceeded 100,000. Under the guidance of reform, the acceleration of market entities in Yiwu has repeatedly set new records.
