　　The manufacturing small and micro enterprise parks registered in the information management system of the provincial small and micro enterprise park and verified and confirmed by the county (city, district), city and province will be included in the scope of performance evaluation.

　　According to the introduction, the performance evaluation results of Yiwu small and micro enterprise park are divided into A, B, C and D according to the scores from high to low, with the proportion of 10%, 20%, 60% and 10% respectively. The evaluation indexes include average tax revenue per mu, average output per mu, enterprise cultivation, high-end factor agglomeration, agglomeration degree, innovation ability, basic supporting facilities, etc. Among them, the base of average tax revenue per mu is 120,000 yuan/mu in stock transformation park, and 400,000 yuan/mu in industrial real estate park; the base of average output per mu is 2 million yuan/mu in stock transformation park, and 8 million yuan/mu in industrial real estate park. In terms of enterprise cultivation, only when the proportion of enterprises above designated size reaches more than 10% can there be a basic score. For every 5% increase, 3 points will be added, and the maximum score will not exceed 20 points. In the current year, 3 points will be given to each newly increased enterprise in the small and micro enterprise park, with a maximum of 10 points.
