Recently, Business Service Logistics Hub in Yiwu received 25 million yuan of investment within the central budget, which will be used for the second phase of Yiwu West Railway Freight Yard Expansion project and the second phase project of Domestic Highway Port Logistics Center.

In 2019, Yiwu was selected into the list of National Logistics Hub Construction. The hub construction site is mainly located in the business service cluster area, which is composed of domestic trade logistics area and railway port international logistics area, with a total area of 2.143 square kilometers. In the hub, the domestic trade logistics area covers an area of 1.46 square kilometers, including domestic highway logistics organization center, the Yangtze River Delta trade logistics distribution center, intelligent cloud warehouse, and e-commerce express logistics area. The international logistics area of railway port covers an area of 0.683 square kilometers, in which Yiwu Railway Port is the only open railway port in Zhejiang. Yiwu Railway Port has a mature international logistics channel, and is the starting point of China Railway Express (Madrid-Yiwu Train) and "Yiyongzhou Open Channel", a sea rail intermodal channel.
