On January 7th, it was learned from the Yiwu Market Development Committee that the application for the high-quality development projects of e-commerce in 2025 will be launched starting from that day. This application aims to promote the innovation of e-commerce business models and facilitate the high-quality development of the e-commerce industry, covering two major fields: cross-border e-commerce and domestic e-commerce.

In terms of cross-border e-commerce, the projects include "cross-border e-commerce + industrial belt", cross-border e-commerce industrial parks, and the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents. The total investment is required to be no less than 3 million yuan, 5 million yuan respectively. The actual usable area of the industrial park should be no less than 10,000 square meters, and the number of annual training participants should be no less than 1,000. For domestic e-commerce, it mainly supports the construction of e-commerce product selection centers. The total investment is required to be no less than 3 million yuan, the number of settled products should be no less than 1,000, and the annual online sales amount should reach no less than 50 million yuan

The application adopts a competitive selection method. The subsidy ratio for a single project does not exceed 50%. Among them, the maximum subsidy for cross-border e-commerce industrial park projects can reach 3 million yuan, and for the remaining projects, it does not exceed 2 million yuan or 1.5 million yuan. The application entity should be an e-commerce-related enterprise in Yiwu, not included in the list of dishonesty, and the project implementation period should be after July 1st, 2023, and before October 31st, 2025.

The application process consists of five stages: enterprise application, project submission, project selection, implementation of incentives, and organization of acceptance. The application entity needs to submit the materials to the Market Development Committee before January 13th, 2025. After the project is completed, the Market Development Committee will organize an audit and acceptance and report it to the Provincial Department of Commerce for the record.
