On May 23, tens of thousands of merchants and citizens flocked to the Yiwu International Expo Center. A series of wonderful pet catwalk shows, pet training competitions and other fun activities kicked off here, making the cute 2025 Yiwu International Pet Products Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Yiwu Pet Show) bustling with noise and excitement in an instant.

      It is reported that the exhibition lasts for 3 days and will continue until May 25. The exhibition covers an area of 20,000 square meters, attracting more than 600 source factories to participate. The exhibits cover multiple fields such as pet supplies, aquarium supplies, pet food, pet medical care, and live pets.

In recent years, the pet economy has shown an explosive growth trend, demonstrating strong market demand. With the continuous heating up of the pet economy, the scale of China's pet consumption market has currently exceeded 300 billion yuan, and it is constantly attracting entrepreneurs to enter the industry. 

 The preheating stage of this pet exhibition has shown strong attractiveness, with more than 100,000 purchasers actively signing up. On the first day of the exhibition, 30,000 merchants flocked to the scene. As the exhibition continues, more purchasers will continue to go to the site to attend this grand event in the pet industry.

    Yiwu China Commodity City has a deep industrial foundation and rich product resources in the pet supplies sector, and it is currently the only wholesale market in the industry dominated by manufacturing enterprises. At present, the business area of the pet industry in Yiwu Market has reached 8,000 square meters, mainly engaged in daily supplies such as pet clothing, leashes, pet toys, pet beds, food bowls, and aquarium supplies. It involves more than 40,000 kinds of single products, with an annual sales volume of 2 billion yuan, accounting for about 10% of the total export volume of pet supplies in China. Products are exported to Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and other regions.
