If the buyer finds significant quality problems with the goods within three days of receiving them (non-human-made, no use), and needs to return the goods, we will confirm and accept the return unconditionally, and assume the related costs. Meanwhile, if the customer requests a return or exchange due to non-quality product issues, all costs will be borne by the buyer.
