II. About product customization

 1. For customized products, our minimum order quantity is 5000-10000 bottles (the same style bottle type, can be customized outer packaging).

 2. The delivery time of customized products is generally about 100 days, and 20 days in special circumstances.

3. About delivery time

1. Orders placed before 4 pm in this store will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4 o'clock will be shipped the next day. We promise to deliver the goods within 48 hours. Holidays are exceptional. In case of special circumstances, the customer service will contact you in time for consultation.

Fourth, on the logistics

1. We send express delivery for small items by default. Generally, it takes 3-6 days (8-10 days for Tibet and Xinjiang). If it exceeds this time, you must contact our customer service.

2. For large-volume customized customers, we mode of despatch deliver the goods for the shipping department, and the freight is paid on arrival. (Customers can specify the delivery location according to their own situation.)

Five, on the damage

For damaged products (Packaging, bottles) during transportation, please take photos and contact our customer service, and we will resend the corresponding products for you.

VI. About receipt and delivery

1. To ensure that you can receive the intact product, we remind you to check whether the package is in good condition and whether there are traces of being removed when signing for it, remind you that you should sign for your express in person with the Courier.
