Method of cooperation
I. Service content
Category A: customer's sample, our factory to make board, after customer's confirmation order production;
Category B: The customer informs our company of the demand, and our factory designer designs according to the customer's demand. After the customer's confirmation, the plate is printed and the order is placed for production.
Category C: Customers come to sample rooms of our factory to select new models they like and place orders for production;
Two, dozen edition explanation
1. The customer requires our factory to pay the printing fee, the specific amount will be based on the sample; If the customer places an order, the sample fee shall be refunded to the customer upon the balance of payment;
2. The completion time of the sample is generally 3-5 days after our company receives the sample fee from the customer, if the quantity is large and the process is complicated, we will make an additional negotiation;
Iii. Customization process
1. Requirement communication
A) Customer's requirements (including sample provision)
B) Preliminary communication between our factory and customers on product materials, quantity, price, delivery date, etc.;
C) Select the new style I like, and communicate with you about the customized quantity, price, delivery date, etc.;
2. Make/confirm samples
★ Customer commissioned my factory to make sample;
★ Both parties confirm the sample (signed/sealed sample)
Sign the contract/pay the deposit
★ Both parties sign a contract;
The customer pays the deposit, which is 50% of the total amount;
4. Our factory enters into product production/process management
★ My factory to complete the purchase of materials, raw material ratio, etc., the first production of bulk samples and customer signature sample (sometimes need to be confirmed by the customer)
★ My factory QC department quality control staff to the workshop supervision and inspection; Customers can also send staff to our factory workshop supervision and inspection;
★ Both parties shall keep in communication, timely reflect and solve all matters that need to be settled through negotiation in the production process of the order;
5. Customer QC inspects goods
★ My factory in the order production completion but not formal packaging before, 2-3 days from the delivery date to inform the customer to send staff to my factory inspection;
★ The sample shall prevail during the inspection and the sampling inspection method shall be adopted.
6. Pay off/deliver
★ Customer inspection product qualified after the delivery of the balance of payment;
★ Our factory assists customers in handling freight formalities, including customs declaration, shipping, logistics, etc.; Customers can also send their own car to pick up the goods in our factory workshop;
7. Customer return visits
★ Within 7-25 days after the delivery of the order (the specific time will be determined through negotiation), our customer service personnel will pay a return visit to the customer, communicate on the delivery of the order, and strengthen and consolidate the cooperation between the two parties.
