4: What is the MoQ?

-- The minimum order quantity of conventional products is one box. If the minimum order quantity of some products is higher than one box or lower than one box, please contact Customer Service for details.

5: about after-sales service
-- Please feedback the product problem to our after-sales service within 10 days after receiving the goods (subject to the receipt time). If there is no feedback of any after-sales problem beyond its deadline, it will not be accepted.

-- For products with quality problems, please accumulate them and return them by ordinary logistics. The returned freight shall be borne by the buyer. For quality problems, please contact our customer service for registration. If the accumulated products have not been registered, they cannot be returned.
