About the goods receipt: When receiving the goods, whether by courier or logistics, please ensure that you inspect the goods on the spot, count the goods according to the 'shipping list' before signing (especially for damaged boxes, be sure to count carefully), if there are any problems after signing, please contact us immediately through the phone number on the 'shipping list' if the courier or logistics staff is present. If there are any concerns after signing, we will not be responsible for any missing items. If you have any concerns, please do not make a purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
For customers who are really concerned, it is recommended to choose logistics and insure the goods before shipping. Upon arrival, inspect the goods on the spot. The problem of logistics is a headache for every enterprise. In our eyes, each piece of goods sent is a treasure, but in the logistics or courier transportation process, it is a common occurrence to press and fall. Unless the logistics or courier company provides compensation for the damaged goods, we cannot assume the responsibility and cannot promise to return or exchange. If the product with quality problems is returned, the freight cost will be paid by our side. Goods that meet the return conditions will be discounted to the payment, counted as the next payment or refund.
5. About Inquiries: Due to the large volume of sales, we provide a ten-day sales data list once. Unless there are quality issues, we do not accept inquiries for orders beyond ten days.
6. Specification of Product Color or Style: The product color or style is randomly assigned, and we will try to distribute as many different colors and styles as possible. The color of the product image is for reference only and does not guarantee that the actual shipping color will be completely consistent with the image.
