 2. Sample situation explanation:
  (1) Only when we have a clear and specific order intention (including product model, quantity, and printing requirements), can we provide you with the relevant product samples. Due to the limited inventory of samples, we regret that we cannot establish gift websites or store samples for customers to choose for newly established gift companies, or for customers to place bulk orders for product samples. Please understand.
  (2) For all sample requests to our company, whether the product is large or small, or the quantity is large or small, a deposit for the sample is required.
 After the formal contract is signed, the deposit for the samples will be applied to the payment for the ordered products, which means that the samples are provided to you free of charge.
 Upon receipt of the relevant payment by our company, we will arrange to send out the product samples immediately.
 The courier fees for sending samples are borne by the buyer, and the courier company will collect them on the spot when delivering the goods.
 3. Shipping time explanation:
  We usually have stock for wholesale and supermarket customers and will ship the order within 1-2 days after receipt of payment. For regular orders and gift orders, the production time will be arranged according to the specific requirements and quantities of the customers. (Please be reminded that the time for transportation is an uncertain factor, especially for long-distance deliveries, and you should allow enough time).

 4. Transportation (Logistics/Courier) Instructions:
 (1) The buyer is responsible for their own transportation or we can arrange it for you. You should be aware that there is no uniform freight standard in the transportation industry. Their fees generally vary according to the distance and the condition of the goods, different times, and different goods. There is a certain difference in the charges of the station, which mainly depends on the number of trucks available on that day. As our customer, we will compare the prices and choose a freight station that is both economical and safe for you. We will inform you of the goods' tracking number and contact information in a convenient way after the shipment.
 (2) When the goods arrive, it is generally necessary for the buyer to go to the local freight point to pick up the goods. If you need to have the goods delivered to your door, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee.
  (3) Some logistics companies cannot reach some areas, so please discuss the transportation route with us before placing an order. Only when we recognize the transportation route can the transaction be completed.
  (4) The freight time varies according to the distance, please consult the store for specific locations. Additionally, due to our inability to control the logistics companies, occasional delays in the delivery of goods caused by factors such as weather and road conditions, we kindly ask for the understanding of the buyers.

 5. About the receipt acknowledgment:
 All products are carefully counted by the warehouse employees, drivers, and logistics stations before shipment to ensure the correct quantity. However, it still occasionally happens that the quantity decreases during transportation. Please carefully inspect the packaging upon receiving the goods. If the packaging is incomplete, please count the goods in person before signing for them. If you find any missing items, please immediately inquire with the logistics and contact us at the same time.
