When using glasses, handle them gently with both hands, put them on with the left side first and then the right. When storing your glasses, do not let the convex side of the lenses touch hard objects. Instead, place them in the glasses case. If your glasses get dirty, use a special resin lens cloth to wipe them. Since ordinary cloths have loose fibers that can easily get caught in sand, they can cause damage to the lenses. You should not use a napkin to wipe them, but first rinse the lenses with clean water, and then gently wipe them with a special lens cloth.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. The following situations allow for returns and exchanges:
1. If the goods are damaged, sent incorrectly (in terms of color, style), missing, have large stains, or are severely damaged to the point of being unsaleable, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate the handling. If our company determines that the problem is indeed due to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by our company. We refuse to accept payment on delivery, so please pre-pay the shipping costs for us. The expenses will be directly transferred to your designated Alipay account through Alipay. (Note: If you return the goods directly without contacting us, we will not accept the return).
2. The following circumstances do not allow returns or exchanges:
1. Occasionally, small bubbles, scratches, or minor imperfections that do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyeglass factories cannot avoid such problems, and there is no such thing as a perfect product.
2. Man-made defects, product color differences, slow logistics, poor service attitude of the logistics company.
3. Buyer's subjective judgment issues (e.g., do not like, different from what I imagined, different from others, material does not meet the imagination, poor hand feeling, looks not high-grade, etc.)
4. Do not want to sell, difficult to sell, unable to sell, etc.
5. If after agreeing to return or exchange the item, the style sent back does not match the style previously discussed with the seller (due to the large number of delivery packages, if the item is signed for, no action will be taken. Please be aware of the importance of honesty and trust.)

All after-sales issues must be reported to our customer service within three days of receiving the goods (time of receipt of the goods is the standard). When applying for after-sales service, please provide the shopping order number. Each order will only be processed once for after-sales service.
