Application scope:

This glue can replace all kinds of rubber pad, asbestos pad, Cork mat and paper pad, which can effectively prevent water, oil and air leakage and has good sealing effect. It is suitable for plane sealing of engines, gear boxes, fuel tanks, electromechanical equipment, electrical appliances, instruments, electronics and chemical equipment of machinery, automobiles, motorcycles, tractors and ships, and sealing of joint surfaces of pipe joints and cover plates.


Instructions for use:

1. Clean the moisture, dust, oil, rust spots and other dirt on the surface of the bonded object;

2. Pierce nozzle with a cap, glue the colloid evenly from the outer edge to the inner edge about 1.6-3.2mm thick, with good sealing degree;
3. About 10-20 minutes after gluing, when the surface of adhesive film reacts, align the two sealing surfaces and press them to tighten them;
4. Put it at room temperature 25℃ for 10 hours or 24 hours before use, the sealing effect is very good;
5. For unused colloid, cover filler cap after use. Wash hands with clean water after operation and clean the tools. Precautions: 1. Keep the workplace ventilated to avoid children's contact;
2. Wear leather gloves when operating. If it touches the skin or eyes, wash it with clean water or seek medical treatment immediately;
3. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place and keep away from high temperature;

4. Before using it in batches, please do experiments to avoid affecting the bonding effect due to improper operation.
