Exchange or Return Policy:

2. Regarding returns, since wholesale is different from retail, the profit margin of retail is much higher than that of wholesale. Retailers will conduct a full inspection when shipping goods. Therefore, if the buyer finds damage after receiving the goods, and the damage rate is less than 10%, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. About Shipping：After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day. (Excluding weekends.) If there is a stockout, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there are dedicated picking personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. If the courier does not reach your location or if you need the goods urgently, please contact customer service to change to SF Express and China Post. For large consignments, please inform customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station for transportation. This will enable you to pick up the goods at the shortest time and the nearest location.
