2, Material-related

All wigs in our store are made with 100% high-temperature silk. High-temperature silk can withstand high-temperature styling up to 200 degrees. The hair is fine and the texture is smooth, making it easy to manage after use. The wigs are suitable for head circumferences of 54-60CM. However, due to the fineness of the high-temperature silk, the amount used is almost double that of ordinary silk, resulting in higher costs. Therefore, except for special promotions, we do not negotiate prices, do not accept returns, and do not offer free shipping. We hope you understand.

3, Pruning and shaping related

About wig styling: The item may have some frictions and disarray during transportation. Just use a comb and a little water to slightly tidy up and it will be OK. PS: A little hair loss is normal. During the manufacturing process, there may be some loose hair that has not been processed, which is not a quality problem of the wig.

4, Shipping-related

Products can be shipped the same day if they are photographed before 5 PM. If you need it urgently, please ask the customer service if there are any stock available. You can choose the SF Express, which usually arrives the next day in most areas. The default shipping method is ZTO Express, which delivers the next day in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and takes 2-3 days to reach other areas. For Hong Kong and Taiwan, the default shipping method is SF Express. Please contact customer service after purchasing to modify the shipping fee.

【Craftsmanship】We carefully ensure the quality of our workmanship. The inner netting is made as dense and neat as possible, with hair woven in and the roots disarranged to prevent the inner netting from showing through. Color Difference Effect
