For mixed-lot socks or second-grade products, there will be certain defects. The reference value we provide is around 3%-5%. Therefore, customers with high product requirements should be cautious when shooting.
We do not support selecting specific items or colors. We will match the existing inventory for you. The images shown below are only a portion of the patterns available. Due to the large number of patterns, we cannot display them all. We treat all orders equally; we do not discriminate based on whether you are a new or existing customer. You may ask, 'What if the items are not pleasing or not to your satisfaction?' My response is, 'As long as you contact our customer service within 48 hours after you pick up the goods, and there are no sales, you can return the items. However, both the round-trip shipping fees will be at your own expense.'
Once more than 48 hours after contact with customer service, we do not support returns (time counting is actually calculated from the time of actual pickup).
The following situations are not supported for returns:
1. If the goods are picked up more than 48 hours, returns are not supported after contacting customer service.
2 types. We have sold some products, and we do not support returns for the remaining products that have been requested for a return.

One more thing to note is that when you pick up or sign for the goods, if you find any damage, make sure to check the weight of the goods to determine if there is a shortage. If the weight checked does not match the documents, please call us in time, and we will contact the logistics or courier company promptly to negotiate, to avoid any unnecessary losses to us. If you sign for the damaged goods, you will bear all the consequences of the loss, and we will not be responsible.
