Please order 48cm planes in quantities of 30, 60, 90, 120, and so on, increasing by 15 each time. We pack them in groups of 15.

Please order 37cm planes in quantities of 30, 60, 90, 120, and so on, increasing by 30 each time. We pack 30 planes per package.

Orders that do not meet the quantity of the parcel will be shipped in full packages. For products that do not meet the quantity in the unshipped orders, a refund will be issued.

The products in this shop are not artworks, and minor scratches or imperfections may occur during production and transportation. This cannot serve as a reason for returning or exchanging the items. Those who are concerned are advised to be cautious when making a purchase!
All the links to the products in our store are wholesale prices, with very thin profits. We do not support a seven-day return policy without any reason. The specifications and dimensions of the products are clearly stated in the links and product detail pages. About product after-sales service:
1. Before the goods are shipped, we will ensure that the product packaging is complete and tidy, and the outer box is strong. Due to the transportation process, especially in some cities with long distances, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collision, or minor deformations of the packaging boxes for color boxes). The transportation is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for return.

Upon receiving the goods, please ensure to inspect them first. If you find that the product's outer packaging box is severely damaged or if there are any missing items, please contact us immediately and take photos of the problem. Once the goods are signed for, it is deemed that the buyer acknowledges that the goods received are intact. Any risk or loss after signing for the goods is the buyer's responsibility, and the buyer cannot request a return or exchange of the goods for any reason.

2. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncontrollable factors in transportation, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from quality problems after arrival. If there are damage to accessories, we can send them free of charge next time, but we cannot require direct replacement. For products with damaged accessories, refunds can only be calculated at 50% of the value. For light-emitting products, transportation may also cause individual products to have light problems. For products with no light, we will calculate the price as if they have no light. Any excess payment will be refunded to you. If you do not accept the refund of the difference, please do not purchase!

3. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there will be some color differences, please understand.

Buyer's Note:
Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the seal and count to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

This clause will take effect automatically when the customer decides to order our products, without the need for both parties to sign or seal separately.
