After-sales issues:
1. This product is a summer promotion special offer.Due to the fan being a consumable item, we do not accept returns or refunds. For quality issues, we will send new parts free of charge, except for the motor head. If there are issues with the motor head, we offer a one-year replacement guarantee. The return shipping cost for the replacement will be borne by the seller, and the original shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. For items sent COD, we will automatically reject and return them.
2. Due to the batch-by-batch procurement of accessories and materials, there may be slight color differences and differences in details between each batch of fans. This cannot be used as a reason for a return dispute.
