3. For logistics, our store only supports payment on delivery and does not support prepayment.

5. About Receiving Goods

（1）The transportation company is responsible for transporting the products to the designated place. If there is a shortage of goods, please contact us within 24 hours after signing, and we will handle it immediately. (If the goods are damaged or missing, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept, and contact us.)

We will try our best to strengthen the packaging of the goods. If there is any damage, we will make up for it when you place your next order. Please forgive us if we do not send a separate replacement.

6. About Returns and Exchanges

If the product has quality problems or is damaged, please provide photos of the problem to our customer service for processing. After confirmation by customer service, it can be exchanged or returned, and the shipping fee will be borne by our store.
