About shipping: After you place an order and make payment, we will normally ship the goods within 48 hours, but if there are a lot of orders, it will take up to 72 hours. If there are any special circumstances that prevent us from shipping, we will contact you immediately. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot control the delivery speed. There may be various situations on the way to you, so please understand.
Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.! Shipping is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated shipping time we provide with you is for reference only and is not part of the contract and should not be used as a reason for returning the product.
About after-sales service: For products with quality issues leading to missing functionality, we will process a return or exchange. Please contact our after-sales service within 10 days of receiving the product (time of receipt is the standard) to report any issues. If no after-sales issues are reported after this period, we will not accept any claims. For quality issues, please contact our customer service first for registration and processing. If the product is not registered, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Product Quality: All products will undergo multiple inspections during production, post-production, and before shipment, and only fully qualified products will be shipped. However, due to various uncertain factors, the loss of product functionality may occur. Our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, with the remaining 2% falling within the exemption scope.
