1. Some suggestions for using earphones and earplugs:

1. Play continuous music at a volume of 30%-40% for 12-24 hours, and FM music stations are also acceptable.

3. Choose your favorite CD and play it at a loud volume (the maximum volume you can tolerate) for 1-2 hours.
