2. Shipping: Orders placed before 15:00 are generally shipped the same day. For urgent delivery, please contact customer service. Orders to Xinjiang and Tibet may show incorrect shipping fees. Please contact customer service after placing your order.

3. [Transportation]: Small items are sent by YTO or STO Express, and large items are sent by YMD or ANN Logistics. If there is a specific courier station, please note or leave a message. If not, we will choose one as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the pickup point is close to you. The self-picked up freight is to be paid.

4. [Receiving Goods]: Due to the time-sensitive nature of wedding products, please check the goods in the parcel immediately upon receipt to ensure they are undamaged. If there are any issues, please contact us within 7 days from the date of signing for the delivery. Any issues after 7 days will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. 5. After-sales Service: Please carefully check the product specifications or consult the customer service before placing an order. It is recommended that large-volume customers send samples first. Due to the fact that our products are sold at low profit margins, for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return courier fees and our outbound courier fees (for all free shipping and non-free shipping orders, our outbound courier fees are calculated as follows: within 1KG is 5 yuan, and for each additional 1KG, the courier fee increases by 3 yuan, etc. Xinjiang and Tibet do not accept returns or exchanges, and the orders with SF express are subject to the actual SF freight paid).
